"This company is scam"
This company is scam, they sell you NAD+ but is just B12 with something else. Their NAD does not do anything, it is crap and when I complaint about they basically said that it looks like I was looking for weight lose, not sure where they got that from, when I replied to their email they basically ignored my email.

"Please people are ridiculous"
Please people are ridiculous. They make mistakes all the time and were rude blaming me. They run the company like two people out of a garage. Their pricing is ridiculous and the claim they are telemed? I never saw anything that requires interaction with a doctor for me.

Beware!! High pricing and uncompetitive. Go to peptide science. Much better and cheaper!

"I am a nurse and ordered some of there…"
theirI am a nurse and ordered some of their products. The customer service is awful so please beware. When I questioned the customer service rep about where my order was I realized it was sent to a temporary address. I know I put the correct address in the order but it reverted to an old temporary address and was sent there. Dina said she would see what could be done but was not reassuring or helpful in any way. I see her name is mentioned in other complaints as well. There products are pricey which is understandable but when it gets sent to a wrong address they should work something out with the customer. Customer service should be customer friendly and this lady should be fired. She got frustrated with me because I was very concerned about it going to a wrong address and never receiving a $350 product, I ordered approximately a month before and it was sent to the proper address. There should be better communication with customers for orders of that price range. Getting the product to the purchaser should be a priority. She literally had to gall to hang up on me. In all my years of doing business online or otherwise I have never had someone hang up on me.

"Should publish side effects in FAQ"
I have had nothing but good experiences with the Customer Service here. I couldn't get a coupon code to work, and I called and they efficiently honored it. I just ordered Semaglutide for the first time.
My BIG complaint = One Star - Semaglutide is no joke. I threw up violently and suddenly, even on the street, and thought I had kidney failure the third day. After much research after the fact, at least I found out that this is more than common-it is expected. I think that there should be something to this effect in the FAQs.

"Order to be refrigerated and was hot. No replacement …"
I received an order that was shipped with labels to ship and store refrigerated. It arrived hot and with ice pacs we’re completely melted. The packaging was not substantial enough for a prescription that needs to be shipped cold. I called and was told it’s a new drug so we ship it that way but….. it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. I’m not sure why a company would label and ship with added cost etc.. if it’s not required to be refrigerated. They didn’t send replacement. I won’t buy from then again. Aweful customer service and explanation. A $500 prescription should arrive as labeled or be replaced.

"Several Good Experiences"
I was hesitant after reading so many bad reviews, but a person of a competing firm (selling HCG as drops) had referred them and stated those who did not prefer drops had a great experience with USHCGShots.com.
I have ordered from them three times and each order was processed flawlessly. The last order was delayed by FedEx and so I called their customer service to inquire about the safety of the product since it required 2-day shipping with ice packs. Customer service was easy to reach (rare these days with most companies!), knowledgeable and helpful.

"Terrible experience"
Terrible experience. First of all , my order sat in the pharmacy for 5 days until I finally tried to call. Then, the phone lines were down. Tried the chat , which took forever. Got Miles who was basically useless, and said because of the sale ( which they have all the time) was the hold up, then put me on with a (supposed) supervisor Miko. All Miko wanted to do was cancel my order after it just sat & I paid for expedited shipping. I have found them to be the worst company so far out of 3. Do yourself a favor and go through diet doc instead. Much more reputable.

"I had a wonderful experience"
I had a wonderful experience. The rep was very informative, answered every question professionally and with confidence. She truly cared that she satisfied all my concerns and needs. I was very pleased with the customer service. I’ve been a FedEx CS employee for 30 yrs and held to exceptional standards so I have high expectations. I give 5 stars at this point.

"So many better choices out there..."
I had initially just been looking to track my shipment as there was some mix up with regards to my routing number/details (this was my error). I was headed out of town for 13 days so time was of the essence to simply know it’s status was all. I followed up three times and had a nasty woman by the name of Dina (I assume it’s probably her behind a stay-at-home desk doing this business) tell me to “NOPE forget it” and they would be refunding my money! huh? I just wanted to know when it’s coming so I don’t pay storage fees in my parcel box while gone (I was also happy to call my box and make the shift if need be, I just simply needed roughly the eta as this was my third call to check on it) It wasn’t personal. But I said to myself Ok no worries. I took it as her having a bad day and maybe just not being a happy person in life, wished her happiness and moved forward with another company with great results. Fast forward a couple years later I saw they had a sale going and put in another order hoping this time I might get a better CS experience. (Personally I was hoping she had moved onto another company or had gotten some much needed care bear hugs). In any event I was sent a note back that they “have terminated their relationship with me” and wouldn’t be fulfilling my order. Again HUH? This woman two years later was still so enraged at me asking about my order (that I had to call about three times mind you for just any kind of intel) that she refused me as a customer. Dina...I’m a stranger. We shared less than 16 words with one another. What could have lead to such anger and outrage? Til this day I’m stumped. Peculiar my friends... I won’t lie. I have worked in Television for nearly a decade procuring giveaways with hundreds of brands and companies and have never been treated so poorly. I realize at this point the only way I can make sense of it is to just realize it’s probably an angry woman utilizing the only power she has. Truly made me sad for her :( In any event check out some of the other brands. Riverfront MD is awesome and they were so kind! Kept me up to date with delivery, regimen and suggestions! I’ve referred several devoted clients since then. We are all hanging at around 135lbs and loving life :)!!! If you have some time today hug a friend for Dina and pray she gets the help and/or hugs she needs.
